Thank you for your reply Your fish look great. I didn't realise danios would be an option, thought they might be a bit fast and possibly nippy to those gorgeous fancies tails! Good idea starting all the fish together to avoid confusion.......fish are friends, not food!

My danios have never engaged in nipping behaviour. To be honest they stay together mostly and ignore the goldies.

we're gona need a bigger tank (boat).. JAWS ~~~∆~~\o/~~

Yes there names are Casper, shadow and commie I also have a large long tailed shubunkin fantail but he's new and I haven't as yet taken a photo of him. I have had the silver one for ever and the black on about 1 year. He has grown huge in the year I have had him. My fav is still Casper the big white fantail he's got a wicked personality also... Hers a photo of him from a side on point of view.

Wanted to revive this because I was taking pictures of my goldfish the other day. I picked up some new decor and cleaned my filter etc. Then I happened to see the picture I posted on here a couple years ago and couldn't believe how much bigger my carnival ring toss goldfish have gotten.

Thank you! I have 2 goldfish, a fantail, and a black moor. And I also have 2 African Dwarf Frogs and a few Neon tetras. Id love a few more tanks, but lack the money, and the room.
