Well got my wilds 2 days ago and already they are settling in well. I'm not to happy with the tank yet, preferred it how it was before than now but want to leave it while the fish settle then i'll change the rocks slightly. Well here's a couple of pics.
The pics dont do the tank or fish justice, looks much better in person IMO :D

Thanks for that guys, yeah Mogurako its a 400L corner tank :)

The more I look at these pics the more in love with your tank I fall. How far depth do you get from the center to the back corner?

Thanks for the comments guys really appreciate it.
Craig yeah the background is painted black.
Malawi Freak- Do you mean from the center of the tank or from the center at the front of the tank to the back corner?

That is probably one of the best cichlid tanks I have ever seen (I do saltwater mostly)! If I had enough money, I would want to have a cichlid tank just like yours.

WOW, thank you for your kind words. That's very high praises, they do say malawi's are a poor mans marine fish (y)

Nearly 47" (close to 4ft) and from end to end it is close to 5ft, so it is a pretty big corner tank. I would ideally like a 5x2x2  lol

That's an awesome footprint. I love the idea of being able to really make the rocks come out at you from the back of the tank (like how yours is)

Yeah its a nice size, gives the tank a sense of depth which the fish do like a lot. May add some more fish at a later date as there is only 18 in there but i dont want to over crowed it to much.

Was thinking the same malawi freak, thinking another pair of tropheops makokola then maybe another 3 pairs of tropheops chilumba. Then pair of some species of cynotilapia or pseudotropheus elongatus. TOO!! many decisions :) Want to set-up another tank soon to.

I broke the news to my wife I'm gonna set up 4 55 gallons in my closet or as I like to refer to it as my fish room. That's where my 29 QT is now.
