Hair algae!!!

I have an extreme algae problem in my aquarium and need natural remedies to reduce it. Im afraid it may cover my plants completely and kill them. Ive cut down on feeding my fish and it isn't helping.

Cut down either light intensity or duration.

What is your lighting schedule?

15hours a day is insane!!

Reduce it to 6 hours a day. Remove all algae. Then slowly increase the lighting by an hour for a week. Stop at the first signs of algae
