well, I'm not recovered yet, takes about 8 months ......
But the pain is alot better than it was

sorry you had to have surgery, hopefully your recovery will be fast. I'm sure cleaning fish tanks is recommended by all physical therapists as a light work out for bringing tendons and muscled back into shape

no, actually it makes your husband come up with a powerhead and tubing contraption to do water changes with since i can't lift anything heavier than a cell phone
