Perhaps Ken at AH could send stuff via UPS international? He is online so you might email him. Very helpful fellow who will only sell you what you need. Re: light temp, alot of bulbs don't really supply the right spectrum. I think the GE9325 bulbs or 6700K would be perfect. The 6700Ks put out a bit of yellow look too, although the green plants offset that a bit. Some guys use a combo. I believe Rex Grigg, an expert, swears by the 9325 or 10K GEs now.

You prolly know to be careful not to over dose liquid ferts. Under better than over... Gravel is not that big of deal. you can dose in the iron, potassium and micro nutrients.

You might throw an airstone/pump in with a timer at night for the fish's O2. I have done that in the past. CO2 at nighttime can cause pH drops, but thats more a problem for pressurized. Most of us take care of that with a solenoid and timer. Good luck! Bob
