Help Blue Dolphin Cichlid

My Blue Dolphin Cichlid got stuck in the rocks over night facing downward lose colour so I got him out and put him out and put in other tank alone but he is just facing downward not swimming just staying in one spot wot can I do or is he dieing

Did the other tank have the same water? If not did you acclimate?

He was swimming like that b4 I put he in the other tank

It's been 24h now and still facing downward he is in the same position as he was when stuck in the rocks
