help fast! is this heater safe??

I have it in a 10g baby guppy tank. Is it safe? I've never seen water in a heater like this

If your wondering about the condensation inside the glass I don't think it's anything to worry about. I've seen it in mine for years and it hasn't caused any problems. At least, not yet

Most likley your fine but if it were me just to play it safe I would get a cheap new one. That looks like an electrocution waiting to happen.

The condensation is normal. Most glass tube heaters have it. Probably should think about keeping a replacement on hand, just in case.
