Help Identify Hitch-Hikers

I've found 3 different types of critters in my sump and I don't know what they are. The 1st appears to be a small anemone of some kind. The second, a snail or slug. Finally, I see some creatures too small to photograph crawling around the rock. They look like little bugs of som kind.

From what i can see there is a feather duster or maybe a tube worm of some kind and a stomalia snail

I'm new to this, so not sure on these things. Are either an issue I should try to get rid of?

google copepods. They are good for your system. Fish can feed on them

Well it looks like all of them are okay. They're in the sump (for now). I'm sure they'll somehow make their way to the dusplay.
