How hard is your water?

I have no way to test it at the moment I'm ordering a fresh water kit on amazon though soon. I would probably use my fish tank water from my 10 gallon with just a betta in it. The tank had been up for at least a year and healthy.

Do you fertilize your tanks?

I have no planted tanks atm.. So no

I would say probably just a pinch. As far as how much grass, maybe a small bundle? It's very much a qualitative situation.
