Can you please post the tank size, stocking, filtration and parameters? What your using to test (liquid or strips)? Water change schedule (%/#wk)?

its a 55gallon.changed water a week ago..i have 2 under water filters whisper 401.

Im using water drops for testing and also bring water to pet store for testing..my other fishes ok so far

It is very difficult to help without specific information as we do not know if this is disease issue or an issue as the result of water quality.
Stocking (number & specific type of each fish)?
Parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & ph and what they were tested with liquid or strips)?
Water change schedule (percent that is changed/number of times a week or month)?
