Help with Diagnosis- photos attached

Was hoping someone here can help me identify the likely cause. The symptoms began with an overall dullness in color and grayish haze. Then eating less and mostly hiding. I tried to treating with paraguard about 3 weeks in but after the 4th week the fish died. I've attached photos of fish immediately after death. Really hoping someone can help because there is another dwarf puffer that looks to be starting with the same symptoms

Hi, I'm not an expert in these fish so hopefully this finds one.


My thoughts would be to check water chemistry on everything to make sure it is in range (eg ph, ammonia, plus whatever they need in water setup).


After that, I would suspect a bacterial infection and treat with furan2.
 
I mean its pretty hard to tell you what killed your fish post mortem.
Probably like dela said, a bacterial infection.
