I highly recommend leaving swordtails out. One male can grow to 5 inches, and they have really high bioload. IMO one swordtail equals 5 neon tetras, to give you an idea. So if you really want them, than you can, but they really take out of your stock. I think you could do the original stock without the clown loach or swordtails, and picking one school of 5 barbs (not 3 and 2).
