HELP!!!

My goldfish is not acting normal he is sitting in the bottom of the tank trying to swimm but he just sits there on his side and it's horrible to watch. Can someone tell me what is going on?

Is he in a fish bowl or a cycled, filtered aquarium?

Try A water change

He's in a cycled aquarium. I just cleaned it last night. He was acting fine when I did the water change.
