Woah woah woah, calm down. Although I don't agree with most mixing, it's not going to always end in disaster. The "golden mbuna" aka Auratus will be quite aggressive however, and convicts when spawning can be absolute monsters. I'm assuming there's also a Johanni in there ("blue male like it"). This scenario is bound to have issues.
It's all case to case, no need to jump to massive generalizations and conclusions. Mixing can work. I keep a pair of pelvicachromis taeniatus "Nigerian red" (west african riverine) in with my South American cichlid tank, with little to no issues.
