They looks kinda like flatworms... Are there fish in the tank, how much are you feeding?
 
There are no fish in the tank, just one crayfish. I feed it shrimp pallets every other day and a minow every other.
 
LookS like nematode worms, mine are going away.

Just feed less, that is it.
 
Agreed, try feeding the shrimp pellets less and see if the numbers start decreasing.
 
Yep, feed less and change more water. Do at least 25%, if not 50%. You have excess food that the planaria(assuming that's what it is) are feeding off. You can also scrape them off the glass and siphon them out to reduce the population.
