How do I stop this aggression????!

One technique I adopted after watching a few videos is it is not so important giving fish their own little area of the tank to claim, but to program in "escape routes" so fish can easily slip away. Another technique is rearranging your decorations often so no fish develops their own "territory." I have a mixed tank, and they chase each other, but there isn't any real fights. Here's what I did with mine.

Mine started to fight he's got 5 other males I'm getting ready to remove him from tank.
