I have:
x2 Sunfire Platy: x1 Male x1 Female
x1 Red Wag Platy: x1 Female
x1 Lyre-Tail Dalmation Molly: x1 Female
x2 Creamcicle Molly: x1 Male x1 Female
x1 Powder Blue Dwarf Gourami: x1 Male
x1 Fire Red Dwarf Gourami: x1 Male

The mollies and platies sound good but idk on the gouramies. I would suggest having one female for each.

Yeah the gouramis I worry about but we will see how they do. I don't think it should be too bad because there is no female to fight over

General rule of thumb with mollies/platy etc is a 2 females to each male but the more females the better. Gourami I am pretty new to. 2 males together can be risky unless you have a big enough tank and enough plants for cover and to break line of sight. 1 female and 1 male usually does well, I know a few who have 1 male and 2 females successfully.
