how hard is it to plant a tank that is currently fake?

I just bought a single plant (don't even remember what lol) 2 mickey mouse moons, and a tiger oscar today. Woo-hoo!

Uhhh, how big is this tank again? Oscars get big and aggressive, so I hope it's at least a 55 gallon, preferably larger if you're putting other fish in there with it... Mickey Mouse Moon sounds like a type of platy, if so they're going to be lunch for the Oscar as it grows larger...

The tiger oscar is in its own tank with my albino african clawed frog. Its a 20 gallon (just for now, I know, too small) but I will have a bigger tank up and running in a month or 2 so it'll be alright. The mickey mouse moons and the plant (brazilian sword, I think) went into the community tank

Yeah, he is only an inch and a half or so. Thanks for the concern though
