How many watts for a 5 gal with medium lighted plants?

So i have a fluval 5 gal and got some plants that need decent light, some aurora aurora, belindale, black angel, anubias nana petite, tiger lotus, and dwarf hairgrass. How many watts for a light would be good for them? Like not just ok, but good so they can thrive

I do not think you will be disappointed with the Stingray. It grows plants really well.
