How Soon to get another fish?

I added a BiColor Angel and 2 chromis to my tank a week and a half ago, if i order 2 clowns and a goby to put in and leave them in QT for 2 weeks, should that be enough time for the biological filter to have built up itself (3.5 weeks in total).

3½ weeks is sufficient time as long as the water specs hold up (depending on tank size) but 2 weeks in the QT is not. Very risky to do anything less than 4 weeks. Many types of parasitic infestations may take as long as two weeks just to appear.
