How to make male cherry shrimp mate with a female

I just noticed that one of my female cherry shrimps has molted. She is hiding high on a leave of an amazon sword. One of the males is clearly looking for her, but he is looking at the bottom of the tank (he is swimming all around). He has gone to the amazon sword, but has not climbed high enough to find her. What can I do to make him realize where she is? Thanks.

It does not matter anymore. They have just mated and I have it on video. Yeahhhh!!!!!!

Thanks. Both females are berried. i saw the eggs on both of them. I hope they have fry (one of the females lost her previous eggs).

I hear that can happen sometimes with young shrimp mommas.
