How to set up my sump? position things pic

I bought this sump from ebay its sapose to be a Refugum but im not sure where to put anything allso what els should i get for this should i even set it up as a refugum? i have a min pc light for it heres how i have it right now

Could set it up so that where your water comes in contains the skimmer...just put a ball valve on the inlet pipe so that you can reduce the flow if needed. Then that would open up your middle section for the refugium.

i had the skimmer in the pump out section it fits id like to get a better one probaby bigger so maby it wont fit but i was thinking of haveing the refugrum where the pump out is but that would mean low flow in that area what should i put in the refugrum area mud ect?..

How large is this sump? You want to have low flow going through a fuge. I tend to agree with Shawn, see if you can put the skimmer in the first section, the fuge in the middle and the return pump at the end.
