Hydor Koralia - impellers

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has had much experience with these PHs and their impellers.. I've got a Hydor Koralia 1 (400gph) and I love it, but I need more circulation in my tank. I also don't want to clutter it up by adding yet another powerhead to the two already in there.. so i was wondering... Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a replacement Koralia 3 or 4 impeller and swap it out for the impeller in my "1"? I'd much rather spend $7-10 on a new impeller and still use the PH I've already got rather than going out to buy a new one for a lot more money.. the only problem is that can't seem to find any stats on the impellers themselves.. as in size and diameter of them..

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

no. that's not going to work. as far as i know they aren't interchangeable. i would buy the larger koralia and then put your smaller one up for sale to help with the cost.
