Hydrogen peroxide for fungus cure

Would it be safe to use hydrogen peroxide to treat fungus on a black moor? Please help!

Have you been able to bring your tank levels under control? Without healthy water, any type of treatment serves no purpose. Methylene blue swabs or baths are much more effective in addressing true fungal issues. Peroxide is more suited to bacterial issues and can cause slime coat damage (and further problems) when not used properly.
 
Yes my levels are in the acceptable range ammonia and nitrite are 0 and nitrates are 20-40. I realized my wc werent large enough, but shes doing better now
