I have a 55g tank with alot of fish my cray just has babys what to do.

Just noticed today that she had babies. There is alot of hiding places and couldn't see her all the time. I have 3 cray total. I had seen 1 baby and it's about 1inch long. The other one I had seen was very very small. Now what should I do because I don't want to clean the tank in fear I might suck up any eggs or small cray. I also noticed a little Somthing weird with one of the cray. I have 3 pieces of slate to make a cave and she had pushed all the stones out so no other cray or fish could get in. It all makes sense to me know but what should I do ???
