Thats correct, Green Mandarin (Synchiropus splendidus).

Beautiful fish but usually difficult to keep due to its feeding habits. I hope to try one one day.

It does look similar but is not a cuttlefish and again sorry it's not a mollusk

That is the same thing but I have got a different name and when I googled cuttlefish it was a diff thing,

I had it down as a striped pajama squid
