I'd like to do a divided Betta tank, Help?

I would like to divide this 10gallon tank into 4, 2.5 gallon sections for my betta's.
Any advice on how to go about doing it? Tips? Supplies I will need?

Do you want to silicone dividers in? Do you want to have dividers see through? Do you want water to flow in between the dividers? All things to think about.
