pink little snail or something there all over my rock are they dangerous what could they be

Can you circle what you are talking about and post that pic? I don't see anything pink and all over the rock except for what might be a few spots of coralline algae on the bottom left rock.

its exactly in the middle of the picture pink little round spicky snail it looks like
