Identify hitchhikers please

I had bought this live rock about 2 months ago shortly after I noticed a brittle star fish which I thought was cool but now I have found 2 new lifeforms and no clue what they are and if they are harmful Any clue what they are?

No such thing as a bad sponge .

They come and go. Usually die off as a system matures. Might find them under rocks afterwards, but usually not out in the open.

Sponges are good filter feeders. They will help to remove excessive nutrients that would otherwise be bad for your water.
