Do I need more stuff in my tank? I have a 20gal and I know almost nothing. Lol I don't know how many fish I should have in it max and whether I need more stuff.

What do you have right now? Obviously you need the basics like a filter, heater, lights, some kind of top, substrate and decor. Your obviously looking into cichlids but do you know what type? As in, South American or African.? I am still a rookie when it comes to who can be paired with who and how many in a tank but someone will chime in. Has your tank cycled?
