Injured pleco

The pass week I notice my pleco living in my new decor, s skull. I thought he liked it on there that's why he was always there, turns out he was trapped, I gently assisted him out but he gained 3 cuts, is there anything I should do? He's around 4 years old 6 inches long

I also think it either has a broken or badly brused tail

I would wait and watch him carfully. Watch the scratches to make sure they dont get infected. And also make sure to deliever breakfast in bed to him; try to bring the food as close to him as possible so he doesnt have to move that tail much.
