So I bought some marine fish and corals from saltwatersifh.com. This was my first time ordering online, and I was a little worried. After proper acclimation, everything seems to be doing well, except for a rainbow goby and a green ricordia (which I think was dead when I got it....I'm waiting to see). The goby though is what I am worried about...he is breathing hard and staying still on the bottom of the tank.
Is this normal and is he just going through shock, or should I be worried? Any help would be great.
Thanks
Mary

The goby could possibly be in a little be of shock and be stressing out. Gobies are pretty solid creatures so I would just give him time unless you see signes of parasites or disease.

As for the coral, it probably isn't dead but is just stressed from being shipped in cold water for 2 days. I think your best bet is to them time. HTH
