Wouldn't breaking the water's surface with a return above the water level or a air bubbler also break up the water tension?

I have no clue, but I did see the thread on "No PWC" but no mention of this thing. They run adds in TFH magazine and I was intrigued. Anyone ever heard of this before or better, anyone actually tried on?

bbb is not a government or federal, it is simply a private organization which has nothing to do with state or nation branches.

Membership in the BBB does not mean product quality or veracity...it means a lack of complaints to the BBB by customers.

From what I have read on a few other forums, it is pretty much snake oil.
