Is aquiarum salt plant and discus safe

I have a sick killifish and need to treat him for Popeye but don't want to kill my plants or my discus

I have heard some plants hate salt, im not sure of the specific ones, I do use salt every so often and have not seen any noticable diffrence.

Always use Seachem Brackish salt. It does not have chloride like regular aquarium salt. We use it by the buckets at the shop and all of our sell tanks have plants.

Your best bet is a hospital tank.
