Is this Ich?

I just got new Female Betta (comb tail) yesterday, she's integrated nicely into mixed tank mostly endlers and panda cory- i do have second Betta in the tank.

today i noticed the above single white spot on her its only noticeable certain angles - i suddenly thought is that Ich?

im still new to the hobby not had to deal with any illness yet, any advise would be greatly welcomed.

If its not Ich what is it? :confused:

if its Ich what treatments do you guys advise?

My tank is fresh water - just RO water i use small amount JBL Aquadur

parameters:

NH4 = 0.05
No3 = 15
NO2 = 0
GH = 8
KH= 6
PH = 6.8
CL2 = 0.8

could this be the egg spot?

It doesn't look like ich. Ich is more numerous, smaller dots on the body surface and sometimes fins. It kind of looks like fuzzy little spots.
I'm not sure if it is the same as what your betta has, but one of my bronze corydoras had something similar.

I'm thinking fin rot or a fin injury in the process of healing. I treated it with an API antifungal and it got better. But be careful, because the next week the cory had this insane growth all over its body and it died very quickly. https://imgur.com/TCnjvid
No one else got sick, so I'm not sure if it was related to the latter.

I would quarantine your betta and treat it with aquarium salt if it has any visible injuries. Or go with a good brand of antifungal or antiparasite medication. I like stuff by API and SeaChem. There's a possibility that it isn't anything serious at all, but it is hard to tell, unfortunately. I hope your fishy gets better :fish1:
