Jack Dempsey treats?

So, due too some unfortunate events, my JD has been stressed, I want to give him something to make him happy. Anyone know what kind of treats for him. He doesn't go for ANYTHING freeze dried, I have been giving him ghost shrimp, but I want to give him something hell love! Any idea? I was thinking some kind of live worm? Could a simple earth worm work?
