If a tank has shrimp or snails it isnt a fish only tank right.

It is a fish only tank. If you have lr it is a fowlr. If you have corals, it is a reef tank.

I don't think there's a common acronym for it.. IMO if you have inverts then you no longer have a FO tank. Doesn't really make sense to say you have fish only and then say you have inverts too.

BTW I would also be careful about it because it's common for people to advise the use of copper once they know you have a FO tank.. obviously something you don't want to be doing with inverts.
