As many know my rasboras recently got bullied to near death with most fins nipped off and they came out of hiding as I put my bully fish in a different tank until I can return them... One question will there tails grow back to full tails???

Yes they will heal just fine but doing some extra WC's and keeping the water very clean will aid the healing.

Oh just some red minor tetras in which I found out I wasn't putting them in a big enough school the stupid pets art guy knows nothing... " oh they'll be fine" he's just there to sell you things really on the tiny little tag it says schooling fish and aggressive or whatever I'm getting rid of those stupid things
