Im just wondering if can I have Dwarf Gourami in a 20g tank...? If so how many of these fish can live in there...??

Yeah, you definitely can! And it depends really - it's not always recommended that you keep more than 1 male together because sometimes they can fight but you could definitely keep a male and a female or around 3-5 females. You can try keeping around 5 males if you like though, just beware that it may not work out very well.
