Wonder Shells effect Betta?

Im using wonder shells for my shrimp and snails, but im wondering if it will negatively effect my Betta? It increases water hardness, but I only do a small one once a month

I wouldn't be concerned unless you are working with wild caught Bettas. They need soft water. I bred thousands of domestic Bettas in S. Florida's rock hard water with no issues.
