Keeping South American Cichlids

What all could I keep in a 75 gallon tank? Provided I got them all while they are still young (I know that doesn't always help but it's a step). I really like Oscars and Jack Dempseys, and would like to be able to keep at least one of each in there.

I have 2 oscars, 2 jack dempseys, and 1 common pleco in my 100 gal. tank. There is the usualy sparring, but no real damage. Most of the fighting is between the oscars.

I have 3 jackdemsies and my oscar died a month ago (had him 4 years) and they got along fine.

1 Oscar and 1 Jack Dempsey is all I'd recommend for a 75 gallon tank.
They both get pretty big and have a large bio load.
