Kole tang fovorites?

Wondering whats some of the best foods that people feed thier koles,the one i have eats like a pig, just want to make sure its getting right foods to keep it healthy. Doesnt seem to be crazy about nori on clip. Loves nls wafers.i feed a varied diet,what about other vegetables. Im also thinking that maybe the skimmer could be turned off once in awhile as the algae is being depleted by kole, flame and soon to add starry blenny. thanks for any advice.

Mine hardly touches the seaweed as well. He does however love brine shrimp. To make sure he's getting enough plant matter, i also feed formula 2 flakes from time to time.

As for your skimmer, it removes protein from your water before it has a chance to eventually decompose into nitrate. I don't think turning it off will help replenish algae unless you're ok with high nitrates etc.
