I am converting my 15 fowlr to a 15 reef and I want to have some mushroom corals and other photosynthetic corals. I am trying to find a light that doesn't hang from the ceiling. The problem is that my tank is the Aqueon 15 and the dimensions are 13x13x24" so it's a tall tank. I like the reef breeders but they hang. If you know of any ways to hang they from something else, please do!!! Thanks. ?

Use conduit


It's very cheap, you can spray paint it and may it look very nice. Most hardware stores will bend it for you if you ask them!

What did you use to put it on the ground?

I have it screwed with conduit tube holders to the side of my tank!

Not using a stand(a dresser) but what else could I use. I'm not a handy man.

You could screw it to the side of the dresser? Idk about anything else besides hanging kits

Build one? Haha it's a lot easier than you think. I'm not that handing but if you can use a drill you'll be fine


Way cheaper and you can make room below to add a sump, house buckets and equipment.
