LFS Was Robbed Wednesday Night

The LFS that I frequent (The Reef Shoppe, Rochester NY) was robbed Wednesday night. The soulless, degenerate life forms stole $15,000 in corals, $5,000 in equipment, 2 Lionfish, and some cash. The "people" had to be in the hobby as they stole the best and priciest livestock and the equipment to keep it alive. The only good news is they weren't total turds and didn't smash anything. They even took a Modern that the LFS owner has had for 15+ years. It's a long shot, but if you notice a lot of high end corals showing up on boards out of he Rochester NY area, please speak up. These people are great people, are dedicated to the hobby and its hobbyists and the shop provides a livelihood for 5 people.

Nope, he's had the same employees for a long time. I just talked with him. Now that he has had time to process, he thinks it was a couple from Buffalo NY, so they may try to "fence" out of Buffalo NY.

Thanks cc. I just called him back and told him. The article sounded exactly like what happened here. Seems they like to strike when the stores are heavily stocked for the holidays.
