Lighting cycle

What's a good cycle for the lights to come on? I don't have a timer yet so I'll do it manually for now.

Mine is on a dimmer/timer so it's kind of hard to say. It starts at 7am and ramps up to noon then stays at now 60% until 2pm then ramps back down to 5pm. Then ramps slowly down to 8pm where moonlights are on only. Then at 3am total darkness. And repeats daily. It's a control module which I love. It even has a thunderstorm effect.


Also I'm REALLY new to saltwater but I believe it also has to do with what you have int the tank.
