Hey everyone
I'm new to aquariums and planted tanks so I have a few questions. I got the 29 gallon marineland aquarium kit that comes with an LED lighting fixture. Its stats are the following:
Number/Color of LED and Wattage: 42 White/3 Blue .11W LEDs
Total Watts 4.62
Total Lux: 990
Lumens @ 12: 310
Is this enough light to grow any aquarium plants? If so, which ones? I'm a little disappointed because I wanted to grow a lot of plants but it seems like this light is bare bones and just for the aesthetics of the aquarium. Thanks
