lighting question

what lighting do i need

long distance 110 cm
short is 40
hight is 50 (water height)
i want it to be reef if i could
but what i need too for FOLR

What type of power do you have in Egypt? Do you have 220 volt 50 hertz? This is what Europe has. Or do you have 110 volt 60 hertz. This is what America has. If you may want to go reef i would definately go with Metal halide? You could run the Hamilton 250 watt HQI pendants above the tank (3) should work well. I ship world wide so take a look on my site and tell me what you may be interested in. I can have some items modfied for 220 volt if this is what you have for power.
