I have a question about lights .

I am going away for a couple days but don't have a timer ,
Is it best to leave the lights off or on ?

I have 2 zoa's ,
1 anemone .
1 candy cane
And 2 hammer coral

I have 1 timer ,
I plugged a power bar into it ,
I will run both lights ,
Blue and white on and off the same time ,
I'll pick up another timer next week
