What causes low dkh?
Did my Weekly water testing before my pwc of course and noticed that my dkh is only 7?? All corals seem to be doing well like usual.
Only thing I can think of is that ive recently purchased a 100gpd RO/DI system and been using water from that of course. TDS meter reads 0, so I'm not sure what's going on.
I've started adding some ph/alk buffer a little at a time to try and bring it up. Even if that fixes it....can someone please tell me what causes low dkh.

0 Trites and Trates

440 calcium ( use tropic marine calcium)
8.2 ph
Use reef crystals -- 10 gallons pwc once a week. (75g with 30g sump--110lbs Live rock)
