Lump on my fish

Well this must be tb. I can't get rid of it. It has killed two more since I last posted with the same exact symptoms. After one dies its not a few weeks and another shoes signs and dies. My oldest fish has the frayed tail fins now so I know it won't be much longer. Any ideas?

Try to treat for camallanus worms. they actually can produce similar symptoms to tb they are also hard to get rid of.

If its that, mine are dying before the bad stage which is the worm protruding. I have seen nothing come out of my fish looking like that. Thank you for the help though! If I do see anything like that at least I will know how to cure it
